As per government policies and our work arrangements, the holiday for For Habitat staff will be:
Feb. 5 - 17, 2021 (Note: All time stated hereby is Beijing Time)
To ensure you can enjoy the Ingenious Service, please check the Service Adjustment of For Habitat Before / After the Spring Festival Holiday below, and make your purchasing in mind the delay because of holidays.
For Habitat Exclusive Benefits for customers during Spring Festival.
1) We are extremely sorry for the delay during this Spring Festival holidays and will try to accommodate our every customer with some exclusive benefits and discounts. As everything will be closed during this festival including shipping companies that's why we are requesting our customers to please wait patiently with us and we will ship out every order immediately after holidays ends on Feb 17.
2) For every order during this spring festival we will be giving our customers exclusive 10% discount on their order with 20% discount voucher for their future order.
Service Adjustment of For Habitat Before / After the Spring Festival Holiday
During the holiday, the following services will be suspended: Order Processing, Warehousing, Return & Exchange and Shipping.
Following service will be available during this Spring Festival: 24/7 Customer Services, Limited shipping for some products.
We will resume suspended services starting from Feb. 18, 2021.
*Due to the Pandemic , the service hours of some logistics companies may be modified, subject to operation of logistics providers.
If warehouse is off but the logistic providers work, the actually shipping time is subject to warehouse.
